These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between ac71 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the ac71 website and its associated subdomains and applications.

This Agreement comes into effect at the moment you complete the ac71 registration process or, if earlier, at the moment you first access any page of the ac71 platform. Your continued use of the platform at any time after these terms have been published or amended constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the Agreement in its current form.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on ac71, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age or such higher age as required by the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing ac71 of your own free will and solely for recreational and entertainment purposes.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with ac71 or any other gaming platform.

• You are not acting on behalf of another person, and are not operating as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

2.1 Age Verification Process

You may be required to submit a copy of a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete the verification process within the timeframe specified will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is received and approved.

2.2 Player Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ac71 complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your place of residence. ac71 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. 3.1 Accuracy of Information

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on ac71. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or additional accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment accounts, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Consequences include, but are not limited to: immediate closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses, and a permanent ban from the platform.

3.3 Account Security and Credentials

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ac71 username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ac71 will never ask for your password, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or OTP through any communication channel — any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected] immediately.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your ac71 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, ac71 will process any outstanding eligible balance to your verified withdrawal method before closing the account. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements or pending investigation will not be closed until those processes are resolved.

All financial transactions on ac71 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ac71 does not apply currency conversion charges. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

ac71 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 10 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. ac71 does not impose processing fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

For fraud prevention and compliance purposes, ac71 applies a withdrawal-to-source policy: funds may only be returned to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit. In circumstances where the original method is unavailable, ac71's support team will work with you to identify an acceptable alternative, subject to completion of enhanced identity verification.

4.5 Declined and Reversed Transactions

ac71 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, unauthorised account access, or violation of these terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide additional documentation to support the legitimacy of the transaction.

All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of the offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms and displayed within the player's bonus dashboard. ac71 does not alter wagering requirements after a bonus has been activated by a player.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per shared IP address. If ac71 determines that multiple accounts belonging to the same household or device have claimed the same promotion, ac71 reserves the right to cancel duplicate bonus credits and to void any winnings generated from those credits.

5.3 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to the clearance of wagering requirements. 5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonus funds and associated free spins carry an expiry period, which begins from the date and time the bonus is credited to your account. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus funds that have not been cleared within the expiry window will be removed from your account automatically. ac71 does not extend bonus expiry periods except at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

5.5 Promotional Integrity

ac71 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is suspended mid-course, ac71 will honour all wagers already placed within that promotion's framework as of the suspension time. By using ac71, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, ethical, and respectful manner at all times. The following categories of behaviour are strictly prohibited on the ac71 platform:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged documents during KYC verification.

ac71 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of the above behaviours. During an investigation, the account and associated funds may be frozen. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, ac71 may take any or all of the following actions: immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

All content on the ac71 platform — including but not limited to the ac71 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software, game integrations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ac71 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ac71 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ac71 content without prior written authorisation from ac71.

Game content displayed on ac71 is provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others. These studios retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games. ac71's right to display these games is governed by separate licensing agreements between ac71 and each provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ac71 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ac71 platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.

ac71 does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party connectivity issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect availability. ac71 will not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability.

8.1 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and accept that gambling carries inherent financial risk. All wagers placed on ac71 are made voluntarily with funds you can afford to lose. ac71 accepts no responsibility for gambling-related financial losses. Players are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options.

8.2 Governing Framework

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the general principles of fair commercial practice applicable to online gaming platforms. 8.3 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a lawful provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original.

8.4 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the ac71 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ac71 with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and ac71.
